The location of the hotel is excellent, within walking distance from several good restaurants and shops. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. the bathroom was clean and had several amenities. the staff provided excellent customer service and was always friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and poor quality food.

During our weekend stay, we appreciated the free Wi-Fi offered by the property as well as the convenience of the location in close proximity to popular attractions in the city. we enjoyed the ease of nearby dining options.

We were unhappy with the lack of cleanliness in our room and the absence of certain basic amenities such as napkins and a hot water kettle. The absence of room service and a proper on-site kitchen for breakfast made for an inconvenience.

During my Christmas stay, I had a couple of decent things offered to me. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to the main attractions of the city. the room had an adequate size for two people. Finally, the staff was friendly and that's everything positive I can say.

On the other hand, the negative feelings are quite strong. the room was dirty, and it seemed like it had not been cleaned for a few days.
